What happens after that is not a courtesy – it is design. Spatial planning, material specification, and iteration refined with you until every dimension, finish and fitting is resolved to the millimetre. The result is a fully itemised Bill of Quantities and a photorealistic 3D render, built on years of design education and hundreds of executed projects. Site Visit & Initial Brief
We visit your home, assess the space, listen to your vision and understand how you live. No measuring app, no quick call — a proper, unhurried conversation on site. We leave with everything we need to begin the design process.

Design Development
Space Planning, Concept & 3D Renders
Our design team develops your full renovation concept: space planning, material selection, fixture specification, lighting layout and detailed 3D renders of every view. This is a comprehensive design package — not a quick sketch.
⏱ 5–10 working days
Designs are presented to you in person or via a live video session. We do not email renders without context.

Design Presentation
In-Person Design Review & Approval
We present the complete design to you — walking through every decision, every material choice and every spatial resolution. You ask questions, request changes and refine until the design is exactly right. Nothing proceeds until you have signed off on the final design.

This presentation is critical. It is where expectations become certainties. We do not proceed without written design approval.

Costing
Material & Labour Cost Proposal
Only once the design is approved do we prepare the full, itemised cost proposal — every material, every fitting, every trade cost specified line by line. This is your complete renovation budget, calculated against the approved design. No guesswork. No provisional sums.
⏱ 3–5 working days after design approval
The cost proposal reflects exactly what was designed and approved. Changes to design after this point may affect pricing.

Cost Approval & Deposit
Budget Confirmation & Project Commitment
You review the full cost proposal, ask any questions and request any final adjustments. Once you are satisfied, you sign the proposal and pay the agreed deposit. Only at this point — design approved, cost agreed, deposit paid — do we schedule your project and begin procurement.

Build & Handover
Construction, Project Management & Completion
Our collective of specialists — builders, stone fabricators, joiners, glass craftspeople, plumbers and electricians — executes the approved design to the millimetre. One point of contact throughout. Weekly progress updates. A final walkthrough and formal handover when every detail is complete.
1–3 weeks depending on scope
